14-day cooling-off period
You have 14 days from the day you receive the card to change your mind. Let us know within that period at info@tapli.cc.
Sending it back
Return the card within 14 days of notifying us. The card must be undamaged and the adhesive strip unused. Return shipping costs are yours.
Your refund
Once we've received the card, we'll refund the full amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
Card not working?
Then our guarantee applies: we replace the card for free or refund you, even if it has already been stuck on.
