Name, email address, phone number (if provided), address, the business name and link the card is for, and your payment status.
What we use it for
To fulfil your order, program and deliver your card, contact you about your order and meet our legal record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with parties we need to fulfil your order, such as our payment provider, shipping partner and hosting provider. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
No longer than necessary. We keep order and invoice data for 7 years, as required by law.
Your rights
You can view, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Email us at info@tapli.cc. Not happy with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
We take appropriate measures to protect your data, such as a secure connection (HTTPS) and restricted access.
