Frequently asked questions
Does my customer need to download an app?
No. Just holding the phone against the card is enough. Your review page opens straight in the browser.
Does it work with every phone?
With practically every smartphone from recent years. iPhones read NFC from the iPhone XS onwards, no settings needed; the screen just has to be on. On Android, NFC is usually on by default. If not, switch it on in settings or the quick menu.
Why only NFC and no QR code?
Because a QR code is exactly the hassle we want to remove: opening the camera, aiming, focusing. With NFC it's one tap. Most smartphones have NFC these days, so almost all of your customers can use it.
How is the card linked to my business?
You don't have to do a thing. You look up your business when ordering and we pre-program the chip. Unpack, stick, done.
How do I mount the card?
There's a 3M adhesive strip on the back. Clean and dry the spot, peel off the liner and press the card firmly for a few seconds. It sticks to glass, wood, plastic and metal.
Do I pay anything monthly?
No, you pay once for the card.
How fast will I get my card?
Within the Netherlands you'll have it in 1–2 business days, depending on when you order. Shipping is always free. Based in or around Utrecht? We can also come to you.
Can I use the card for something else later?
Yes. New business, different link or another purpose? We'll reprogram your card free of charge.
What if the card doesn't work?
Then our guarantee applies: we replace it for free or you get your money back.
